just did a dyno -- curious about top speed
 

dynoed my 88 a few days ago and i made 214 hp 277 tq to the rear wheels so assuming 15% rear wheel drive loss i have around 250 hp 320 tq on the engine. so that with fender CAI, short headers, O/R H pipe, come cap n rotor, wires thats it and 14 degree timing. so with my 3:73 gears what could i top my car out at and what could i run 0-60 or 1/4 mile. i just wanted to know because my dad was bragging to me how when he was my age (17) he had a 130 MPH mercury capri as his first car, is mine any faster?

plus my car is 5 speer with an auto computer (car was originally auto) does that mean i have no limiter?

the previous owner of my car told me he barried the speedomoter.
which means 150 or so. but ive never pushed my car that far so i dunno.
but yes it should atleast do 130 i think

i assume you can I did 136mph with 2.73s and still had all of 5th gear to use
