I just had my rear main replaced and noticed now that at the bottom of my distributor and behind the water pump that my engine is wet....and it looks like oil. What could this be? Lower intake leaking?

thats wierd , i know thers a plug in the back by the manifold , but up front i dont think there is , i know the dist has an o ring on it . also is your pcv system ok, or is it building up to much crankcase pressure , but you would be leaking elwhere too bad . clean it off with some brake clean and drive it and see if you can spot it . no oil goes into your intake , possibly maybe your front cover is prob leaking bad , clean the s**t outta everything so there no doubt , take it around the block , and check it , keep doing that till you see it starting to leak, good luck </P>
