check your clutch fork before anything they do bend and make it hard to get into 1st...also remember if you get a stiff clutch you might as well install a new aluminum quadrant be fore it breaks

on the left side of the bell housing...connected to the clutch pedal rod.....you can also use the clutch that came in '93 cobras it has about 20% more grabbing power and about 10-15% less pedal pressure

luk... i think 94gtcoupe had a centerforce luk... if its a centerforce , and its an luk use it, its a good clutch

if not get a spec stage 1... i drag race w. my car everyweekend, w. 10 or so hard launches a night on a sticky tire... spec stage 1 holds up to that and the 100 shot just fine

LUK clutches are good. They are one of the leading supplier of clutches for factory assembly lines. My ranger had a LUK in there from the factory, and it was a great clutch... but the slave took a $hit so while the tranny was out I had the dealer install a new LUK that I supplied for them and they turned the FW. Its still in there and doing good. Soft smooth posittive engagement, etc. The factory one had 70K on it and it stll looked real good, and the new one has almost 80K in it.

Anyway, it doesn't matter what clutch you get as long as the installation is done well. You will get some say that King Cobras suck ****, and they are stiff and impossible to push the pedal, but a few weeks back someone mentioned the same thing with a spec stg1...

I am starting to think that some of the crap bought feom ebay may be knock off garage or b-stock junk. I would be sure to get them from a reputable store like summit or something. Good luck

I dont think LUK and Centerforce are associated with each other...

Thanks for all that info cleanfitty i appreciate it. After reading what dimebag posted i ran downstairs to check the box, mine is a LUK RepSet. I think since I already have this clutch I may as well use it and save a few bucks and, put it towards some extra parts for the motor. But if im going to install my clutch myself where will they do the flywheel?
