Porting question

i just got my heads ported by one of my friends and i was wondering is the intake port supposed to be smooth? if not why and how can i fix it?

I've heard you want it to be slightly ruff and not 100% smooth because it can lead to fuel puddling.

just take some emergy cloth and ruff them up a tad.....

sure something fine do not go side to side with it sand with the runner
