Default TPS voltage

I tested my tps voltage when it closed and it .1 volts . do i need to replace it?

Try to adjust it. Loosen the 2 screws and set it as close to .99v as possible with key on engine off (KOEO)

Also, use the DVOM to test the TPS. slowly open the throttle and observe the TPS voltage. make sure it rises smoothly, and has no dead spots

what would you do in the case there is dead spots? just move it around some more to see if it fixes itself or does that mean tps is bad or what?

what would you do in the case there is dead spots? just move it around some more to see if it fixes itself or does that mean tps is bad or what?
you replace it!

turn it one way... if the voltage goes down... thats obviously the wrong way.....
