and yes i've searched for it on here and read about, however.....I'm planning on getting some GT-40P's off a explorer and working on the car during the winter (hopefully!)...what is a GOOD set-up with these heads? What Cam? How should I re-work the heads....how much should they be milled, ported...whatever. What do I all need to make it run right, should I convert to MAF? Just basically give me a good set-up that will work well for me with these heads. I am trying to do as cheap as possible, but I don't want really crappy parts. I'm thinking about spending around $1200-$1700 total (I know not a lot, but still).
Thanks guys.
Ps-I'm pretty clueless about these things right now...as far what works with what, so i'm still learning.

Buy my cam,Buy my cam, the #19 suks, just kidding.Yes, it is true there are much better cams than the abc cams. But the f- cam is not too bad, plus it has never been taken out of the plastic bag. Lift on cam is .512/.512. I think summit sells them for around 190-200 dollars.

My bad....I think a new #18 Steeda Cam is like $225 Canadian, so i'll keep it in mind.
