Default What is benefit of Tubular Control Arms with Spring Cups
79-93 TUBULAR CONTROL ARMS, FRONT, MILD STEEL - WITH SPRING CUPS

Are these a big improvement other than loosing a few pounds over the stock units...My driver side control arm is hammered so I was thinking of replacing them this winter anyway.

I can still run my Steeda springs I think and dont need coil overs with these?

no you wont have to run coilover, because it has the spring cup. which ones are you looking at cuz i also need a set.

Only ones I found were the AJE ones...

Are they any better than buying the Ford Racing Stock replacement ones?

They are probably stronger then the factory cast iron ones and will weigh less.
