exhaust upgrade

I have a 93 mustang GT and wanting to upgrade the exhaust. my question is would it be better to just buy some BBk headers and run stright pipes and gut the cats. and not even have a xpipe or hpipe?

If you upgrading the exhaust, then upgrade the exhaust and get the h or x pipe as well.. The off road pipes are cheap anyway..

You will lose to much back pressure running nothing but straight pipes, least keep your cats if you wanna run straights.
