Default Stuck TPS bolts.

OK. Now that I have checked the TPS it shows 1.085V so I need to adjust it. The problem is that the two phillips screws that are holding it down are stuck. I tried all types of scredrivers and can not move them. They are strarting to strip on the inside so Im afraid to use a drill. Anyone know a trick to get these loose? Is there another way to adjust the TPS? Please help.

with tester hookedf up you can tap it with a screw driver unless its way tight.

Any room for vise grips on the head of the secrew? Or use a dremmel and make a notch to fit a larger flattip screwdriver.

try soaking the two screws with some good penetrating oil, like Liquid Wrench and see if this doesn't help get them loose.
