has anybody had any clearance issues with installing a ford racing x cam in there 5.0.they say to check valve to piston clearance,and i might have to notch my piston.if so then i guess i would have to pull them and head to the machine shop?Or should i drop back to an F cam?

may i ask why you are keeping your sights set on ford racing cams?

C'mon man the ford cams are not that bad. And it just so happens i have a new F-cam still in the box i bought from summit awhile back, never used.

in all seriousness i would use one if i got a deal on one, but i wouldnt spend full price if i could spend the same money and get a better bump stick.
