Default How bad is this?

For a while i have been hearing a creaking noise when i give gas and let off. I didn't pay much mind to it thinking it was bushings or shocks. Today i took a close look and didn't like what i found. I noticed that where my control arms are bolted the metal is cracked pretty bad on both sides, not sure if this is cause of the noise but its a good guess. Anyway is this pretty normal from pushing hard and who does this kind of repair?

Pictures.

any qualified repair shop can install a new set of control arms for you, we do that stuff at my shop and I'd fix them and see if that solves the noise problem

Sorry didn't look at the pictures!! You'll have to have the torque boxes welded...any shop who has a mig welder and is experienced at welding can do it...I'd buy the reinforcement kits and have the torque boxes welded/boxed up to add strength...It's not uncommon for that to happen when drag racing the car alot ...I'd also have a set of subframe connectors welded in to at the same time to eliminate chasis flex... You may not need new control arms...inspect the bushings and control arms for cracks...if okay then reuse them!!! I'd definately reinforce the area back there with thicker plate metal and box area with the reinforcement kit I think 50resto .com sells them.

Ah thanks for quick reply. I already have the subframe connectors welded on.
