As stated above, it's not gonig to help you in any way. Some peopel say that it will tell then when they go lean and they will use it as a warning. However you won't have a clue because at WOT, the O2 sensors aren't used anyway. And under normal conditions, teh car will constantly be going from lean to rich multiple times because that is how it operates. So basically, you'll never actually see what's going on and you'll never get any accurate warning. it is seriously 100% useless.
But if you insist on instaling it anyway, the o2 sensor signal wires enter the computer at pins 29 and 43 at the wire harness under the computer. That is for the Foxes. If yoy have an SN95, then it's 43 and 44.

Widebands are pretty much a must if tuning your own car, if you aren't they are still good to have but not so much a necessity. As far as the gauge you have now, i do not remember the wire that is the signal wire. I want to say black, but i would think that would be the ground

I got the gauge off buddie for 20$ .So its not worth the time to install.But i like the fancy light show.lol jk. Would a wideband one be worth it?
