Default 94 GT first mods

I've got a 94 5.0 which i'm planning to start buying parts for. The only thing i've bought so far is a K&N CAI. I'm not really sure what my first mods should be but i'm thinking about buying a throttle body and fuel injectors, and maybe a MAFS. I've looked at some and i've seen everywhere from 65-80mm throttle bodies but i'm not sure what size to get. I don't think I need a 80mm or even 75mm but this is the first car i've ever modded so I really don't have any idea. Any ideas what size and what brand would be best for me right now?

you dont need a new MAF, you have a 70mm stock... also, dont bother changing your TB until you have a h/c/i swap...

start with suspension and gears

As Adder mentioned start with gears, my car came with 2.73's and I installed 3.73's, the difference was amazing. The gears weren't that hard for me to install it just required a few special tools and patience. Do that and buy some MAC flowpath mufflers and have them welded into the stock catback, trust me your car will sound amazing.

Alright well Trick Flow sells a top end package for the 5.0. It comes with Heads, Rockers, Intake, Camshaft, Pushrods, and all the gaskets and bolts to install it all.

Would it be a better idea to save up for that and then mod from there?

You could do that.. I would do the gears and suspension first.. That should hold you for a while.. But it you have the money then go ahead and do what you want.. You could even do both it you got the money.. Its also cheaper to put together a H/C/I yourself..
