I will freely admit I am an exhaust idiot, thats why I am askin. I a sound/security guy with 15 yrs experience but didn't get under the hood much.....

you might be able to but look at it this way if it isnt a perfect fit make your hanger locations and weld new hangers on...

It's not going to fit. I just had a pain in the *** experience with an X-pipe I installed. To make a long story short, I ordered an X-pipe for my 95GT (same as a 94.) Well they sent me an X-pipe and sent the packing lable for the right part, but it was for a 96 - 98 4.6L V8. Took off my old exhaust and try to get it installed, only to find out that it couldnt clear the tranny and was actually coming up about 3 inches short on the passenger side. It was lcose and looked like it would fit but no dice.

At that point, I realized something was up and maybe they shipped the wrong part with the correct packing slip. And of course, that's exactly what happened.

My fault for not paying attention though. I should have noticed that the flange was wended on the passenger side of the X-pipe. That would ahve been a clue, LoL. That and the O2 sensors faced inward towards the tanny so that there was no way to install them... Clue number 2. But for some reason, I never noticed it until I tried to install it.

In other words, no ****ing way it will fit

maybe thats why your having a slight bit of trouble with this one, your looking in the wrong area. X pipe is under the car.
