Default intake temp

too hot for normal spray paint? anybody ever use that block paint?

enamal 500* and up works. get a intake spacer. the will lower the upper plenum temp. the enamal is really thick stuff. get the can with the fan pattern on it. easier to use. yes it will work. no it wont look good. spray 3 coats and wet sand 600-1000 grit to get an even look.

also spray the intakerunners on thelower intake on the bottom side facing the motor,with white 500* and up enamal. it make the runners cooler....but just slightly. but anythign helps with intake temp.

its powder coat. you need aircraft paint stripper. takes about 40 minutes to remove. but it works though. sanding wont get you anywhere. sand lightly afterwords to smooth out the metal. hand sanding by the way
