will a 92 without cats pass ny state inspection??? i herd there was no emissions testing under 1995. and do you need a working speedo to pass. the one guy said they put it at a dyno and measure everything at 60 mph but ive never had that in any other inspection

cats are a federal requirement. you will fail in any state in the union.

you will fail the visual a tech that used to work for me was from New york and he told me all about the strict program there....they will do a visual first then run a treadmill/ and or tail pipe test if visual passes

yeah i have cats they are just hollowd lol...soo if i go on the tailpipe tester im ****ed..

Not necessarily. If the engine is running properly you shouldn't have any trouble. If its running lean or rich you will have problems.

u tink soo.....its supercharged too...it seems to be running rich but idk for sure..
