went out cracked up the stang and its running sluggish, jumping between 700-0 rpms and nearly shutting off when it drops to 0, Think its just the spark plugs? i just put them in about 200 miles ago... Just wanted to check and see what you guys thought before i made any purchases.

replaced all the plugs and it runs great, but the old plugs almost all had oil on them... what should i do, does that mean i need to drain some oil or what? like i said the old ones that had oil on them have only been in the car for maybe 200-300 miles tops. Its mostly a weekend driver so could the long sits have cause this?

Well you should check/clean your IAC on the throttle body, you should check TPS setting i.e. .98 with probes on green and blck wires, you should also look toward your MAF also and clean sensor with q-tips and car cleaner. Check fuel pressure, check cylinder compressions should be around 160psi for stock CRs. Have you checked any of this yet?? What exactly have you checked besides plugs??

well i did check to make sure everything was clean and there was nothing dirty at all, fuel pressure was fine. 6 out of th 8 plugs were black and either fouled or near to it... not sure whats causing this? soon as i put the new plug in it ran like new.
