will 315/35-17 fit?

gonna put weld draglite 15x8 in the rear and 15x3.5 in the front

OK first, forget the 315's. Not gonna fit w/o some major inner and outer fender massaging. And def won't fit on a 8" wheel.
What power are you putting down? What gears? Your other two choices are different height in case you didn't know.

just ignition and tune up stuff.

i have stock gears but may install either 3.75s or 4.10s in the future.

pretty much stock it's gonna have air intake and other **** in a couple months.

A 28" tall tire will slow you way down. Stick w/ a 26" tire.

for the mods you have you can run a 255/50/15 et street and youll never be able to break the tire loose. even after the gears that tire will be plenty because your not making jack for power. if you want a 275 just for looks then get a 275/50/15
