Default Problem after Taurus fan install

I installed my 3g alt, Taurus fan and FAL VSC today. Everything is working great except for one little problem. My car seems to be running hot now, but its kinda odd. While I'm driving at around 60-65 mph it will hover between the top of the M and the tick mark the is perfecly horizontal (sp?) but anything under 60 mph it will hover around the top of the R. But when I come to a complete stop in gear the temp shoots up real quick, highest its gone was the top of the O when I pulled in my driveway. And it will also take a while ( 5-10 min ) to get back to either the top of the R or the M depending on speed. Now the really odd part, parked in my driveway the temp drops down fairly fast and will be back around the bottom of the M in about 2-3 minutes. Even if I sit there parked against my fence with the AC on full blast it will never go higher than the middle of the M. I know the stock temp gauge isn't real accurate but even with the stock frozen up clutch fan it never fluxuated more than a few degrees. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong? This is the complete opposite of any cooling prblem I've ever had and I'm completely stumped.[:@]

Where is the temp setting at for the fan to come on? Maybe it needs to be lowered.

Its set as low as it can go, all the way counter clock wise, I still don't know why is runs cooler when its sitting still. Doesn't make any sense. And there are no major gaps in the shroud, a few small spaces but all the others have been covered with foam insulation.

is it pushing or pulling? Sounds like it is pushing air thru the radiator

Its pulling you can feel the air getting pulled through the grille when its parked.. Got the black wire hooked to ground and the fan high ( brown and yellow I think ) hooked to power.

what is the best way to hook the fan pusher or puller? if the fan is on the back of the radiator tords the engine you would want it as a puller right, because when driving down the road it's more efficent with the wind coming in the nose? i put on a electric fan on my mustang and it's worse then the stock clutch fan. idleing it's just fine but when im driving down the road it heats up to about 220 and stays there i have a 180 deg stat but may i add i have a c4 with 4.10s the only thing i can think of is to get a bigger raditor like a 3 row or alum?

What's the inside of the radiator look like. Maybe it's clogged and there's not enough flow at higher speeds.
