what is the stock timing supposed to be on a 90 gt and wat fuel is reccomended? also how much can i advance the timing to get some more power

10 with spout disconnected and fuel im not sure but if your going to advance then 93. and you can go all the way up to 18 as long as you got no pinging and pre detonation.

87 octane, I run at 14 degrees btdc and still run 87 octane with no pinging, you can try 16 degrees but you may need 89 or 93, it all depends on the car.

when you say with the spout disconnected do you mean from the throttle body or do i have to unplug the maf sensor

The spout connector is off the Distrubutor......some call it a pill....

Just as in the picture that Pro50sc posted....just pull the pill out, and hit it with a timing gun. Get that badboy at 14-16....and enjoy :)
