Default RE: bad throwout bearing?

ORIGINAL: blk40th

ok cool im gonna go ahead and get one from ford for a temp fix.also why would the clutch fork move when in neutral.it shakes back and fourth.my intake leaks oil up top so i think its seeping in the trans and killing my clutch i just gotta pull the trans. i dont know why im like dreading doing this though. i know its not hard but its a pain.
Possibly too much slack on the cable? do you have the stock quadrant? If so, put your foot under the clutch pedal and pull up gently...it should click a few times if it needed adjusting. Also, stock clutch forks are known to bend sometimes.
