Smog pump question
Hey guys i have a 95 Gt that im workin on,i noticed today when i picked up the smog pump that i was gonna use for my car is froze up..do i have to have this on?should i buy a new one or what...all suggestions welcome

I own a 95 as well, no smog pump. Lol it actually frees up a bunch of room on the passenger side. The only casution I would throw at you is to make sure the state you live in doesn't check for that. I live in northern Minnesota, and we don't have ANY emissions testing(which is pretty cool). I actually have instructions on how to take it off, lol, and how to get rid of all the piping etc. that goes with that thing. You will have to get the pully that replaces it, maybe a few bolt and some scres for vacuum lines but thats all. Let me know if you need those instructions. Blackdelorean@aol.com

Thanks for the replys i should be getitng the motor in a few days trying to neways..so i prolly will get them instructions i added ya to aol..neways yeh i live in florida they dont check to often i belive..as long as itsn ot smokin liek a freight train i shouldenth ave a problem haha =)

I just ran down to lowes and grabbed two brass plumming caps and caped the bungs on the headers and on the egr inlet. That can be a temp fix, im eventually going to get a simulator off ebay and a block off plate. I cant stand usless items in my engine bay.
