Default running hotter then normal

My 93five0 has an over heating problem. On the temp reader the needle goes up to (o) in normal, I have replaced the rad,waterpump,ts, and fan what coud be causing the engine to get that hot.....

yea normal goes up and down on the guage with the n at the bottom, right? im not in front of mine so i dont remember but as long as ur not up in the al range then your good. mine used to overheat but i had a bad rad. i replaced that and could never bleed all the air out of the system and it blew a heater hose. so i just took out the thermostat and it runs nice and cold. barely goes to like 140-150.

i have a 93 also and i dont know about the letters but stock gauge runs from 180 -225 on hot days

You should get a cheap temp guage for the front of the intake manifold. The stock 20 year old temp guage is not to be trusted.
