3g pully ???

Default 3g pully ???

would there be any negitive side affects of switching the 2.5 inch pully for my stock 2.25 inch one..(estimates) especially in the higher rpm range or do these things top out no matter how fast they are spinning? thanks a bunch!

I had to use the smaller stock pulley because my lights were still dimming with the 3g and the bigger pulley

The bearing and shaft speed in the alt are mechanical issues... The smaller size will make it wear bearings slightly faster. I doubt you'll ever notice it... And I am a mechanical engineer.
