Power steer pump bad?

Power steer pump bad?
When I turn the steering wheel in my fox doesn't matter the direction, there's a loud dragging noise. I have powersteering fluid, but I was wondering if the pump is bad? How do I test it?

Yeah it's still easy to steer but man it's very loud. It's annoying.

if you are really that annoyed by it, and wish to stop it & keep power steering, you need to buy a new rack, pump, and lines, direct from ford.
then get yourself 3 quarts of FULL SYNTHETIC p/s fluid, from ford.
