I am doing a speech in my public speaking class and my teacher allowed me to talk about my car. I want to talk to the class about the stock features that it has, and I want to walk through the steps of what I want to do to get it to 400 HP. Right now it is a bone stock 95 5.0

What would I need to get it to the 400s? I want to get gears, H/C/I, s/c or nitrous, and suspension. What else can I do? What #'s could I get with what I just said? What would be the best brands/parts to get as well? Thanks guys.

How do you build a stroker motor? I want to make a powerpoint to show them the parts that I'm going to use and where everything is at, and I want to use that pic that says happiness is being stroked and blown at the same time.

a simple h/c/i with some nitrous will more and get you to your goal

Don't need to stroke it if you have boost or juice. You could do a nice rebuild, h/c/i and a blower and get 450-500hp on pump gas. Boost or juice a 302 would be nice, you can keep the smaller displacement and have better mileage, plus a 3" stroke is gonna take more abuse than a 3.4" stroke. A 347 you could do it n/a and it would cost less

its going to be a short story then to get 400hp, 200 shot of NOS, u got your 400hp

but seriuosly

since you mentioned spray you care going to want to build the bottom end of the motor up too

go with forged pistons, a must for spray (not sure if 95 if they are forged or not)

forged piston
chrom moly rings
a set of twisted wedge heads
new upper lower intake, i use a trick flow track heat and love it
trick flow stage 1 cam
1.6 rockers
75mm bbk TB
CAI
75-80mmm PMAS MAF
long tube headers
2 1/2 -3 inch exahust, no cats high flow mufflers
MSD distributor
MSD 6AL (or another ignition module)
MSD wires
get rid of all smog and A/C stuff
under drive pullies

do all of that and you should be around 360RWHP and close to 400HP at the flywheel

u need to change the components in the lower end.....ur best bet is to look at stroker kits, everything is there to put it together with the kit, if you just need a description of all the parts search stroker kits on ebay or something they it will come up with a list of whats included and the specs...or atleast it should

a nice HCI combo and a small blower, or a shot of nitrous would get you there easily. Many people with HCI's and blowers are pushing 450+ HP at the wheels. Or, a hellion or other turbo setup would most likely get you there with the stock longblock

hci and a vortech and cover some suspension stuff too cause 400 horse and all stock suspension isnt going to get you to far
