You can check your fuel pressure first to verify the regulator is not shot.
Wanna find bad leaking injectors? pull the spark plugs one at a time, look for the BLACK one(s).
Clean your MAF sensor with electrical cleaner, and replace those old O2 sensors if your car has 60k.
Your car does not blow black smoke, that is not normal.
