RE: N-41 & N-412 cam ?
Even though the cam is the brain of the engine, you need to look at all the components in your combo to ID what mismatch could be causing the lack of performance. The E303 is marketed as a "low cost/emissions friendly/manual or auto trans/performance" cam....and it gives "fair" results provided you go through all the setup required to make it (or any other cam) work.
1. Was your installation degreed?......no?...you don't know if the valves are timed as the cam specs call for....it could be 2-4 degrees advanced or retarded, even if you installed it "dot-to-dot".
2. What valve springs are you using?.....stock or based on the requirements for that cam?....
3. Was the valve train geometry checked and the correct pushrod length installed?
Installing/setting any cam is not a "bolt-on" upgrade, there are other items that affect how the engine performs (or not perform).....BTW...what are you looking for in terms of performance, driveability, use of car, etc?
Just some thoughts.

RE: N-41 & N-412 cam ?
Im looking for something that will pull to 6000-6500rpm range w/ and work well w/ 165afrs. theres gotta be some one out there w/ similar combo.
I got my eye on those anderson cams and I havent heard anyones experience w/ em, bad or good.
and Im not complaining about my E cam, just looking for somethin a little rougher

RE: N-41 & N-412 cam ?
thanks for the specs on that #19 cam, Ill probably keep my E cam and just get some 165s, because I dont think Ill gain much from a slightly bigger cam. and save some labor $$$$ from switching sticks.

RE: N-41 & N-412 cam ?
thats why I wanna go the 165s route, Im currently running a typhoon intake ported on the bottom side. I just dunno wether to upgrade to a systemax II or just keep this one. Ive got all winter to think about it. I probably wont buy and install my 165s till late winter early spring anyway
