Check your ground wire from the Chasis to battery and Engine to Chassis. I ALWAYS upgrade grounds on all vehicles I own when I start adding Anything Electrical (stereo, alternator, Better Battery, etc.) Since you are making more amperage now, its time to upgrade these grounds.

No I just told you what to do. Listen, Your solenoid is a relay if its clicking that means its making contact. Which means your ign switch and wire is probably (99% chance) perfect. Its sending voltage to the starter but there is no ground to complete the circuit. Run a ground from the ps/ac bracket bolt to the fenderwell. Then try it.Use at least a 4 ga wire. Try that and let me know what happens.

WRONG......

All the power wires and battery cables go closest to the firewall. The starter Cable goes closest to the battery. There should be no ground wire any where in themix. How many Ign poles does your Solenoid have?
