an 87-88 5.0 non H.O. how can u change the firing order? b/c i new the firing order was different and was that of the 351W.

i have a 93 that HAD the NON HO firing order with the HO ecu from a cobra. i switched to a e303 and the the order is now a HO. if you have a "newer" fox and it has a NON HO you have a different cam in it.

no it's not a fox, gonna be a thunderbird. ok so changing the ecu will change the firing order. do u have to change the firing order?

I thought the heads were different? Not entirely sure though. The throttle body/spacer is smaller though. I think 50mm on non HO/60mm HO.

The cam,firing order intake,throttlebody,and the heads are the ****t e5's or e6's is what ive been told i asked the same question few weeks ago..wasent worth it to me to change all that so took the motor i purchased back and added a couple hundred dollarsmore and got the 5.0 HO instead..well worth it in my opinion good luck
