did you do new plugs, cap and rotor? lower the fuel pressure

yep did all that to lol. we got a stock fuel pressure regulator. Maybe the people who had it previously put in different fuel injectors? is there anyway to check to see what Pound fuel injectors are in there now? thats the only thing i can think of?

buy an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and turn the pressure down.

you can tell what injectors you have by the color. my 19#ers were orange and my new 24# injectors are dark blue.

new t stat wont do much since you already got 190... i still say denatured alcohol and you will pass the sniffer, and the visual if your up to specs on everything... just use about half a cup, to a full cup to a full tank of 87 octane, and run it to about half a tank, and go pass smog... i would bet some money that it would work, as long as your not blowing smoke out the tail pipe...

Did you loosen up your exhaust a little bit? I heard if you create a small exhaust leak, it will help you pass the sniffer.

somewhat true, but if you create to much of an exhaust leak you will fail because lack of exhaust...
