where is my window relay

hey guys my circt breaker is fine and i have no fuses blown but my windows still wont work help please i have no a/c so this sux bad

Does the passenger side switch work? I can't remember if there is a relay for the windows, if there is its just to the right of the steering column under the dash.

they both dont work and neither do my power locks this all happend after me and my buddy changed the starter soilonid he sparked a few times by grounding the connector out with the wrench so i figured it blew somthing

He might of blown a fusable link. The power locks and power doors wouldn't run off the same relay. Do you have a test light?
