lowered, tires rubbing

hey guys, my car is lowered 2" with sportline springs. My tires are wearing really uneven. I noticed with i had the wheels off the front was rubbing the shock. Can i flip that shock upside down to get the extra room so my tires wont rub it? I run a 245/40/17... thanks
