Default Stock 5.0 running rich, need help?

I've got an 89stock 5.0 with bolt-ons, Itook off and bypassedthe smog pump, but still have all the egr bullcrap hooked up and I'm pretty sure I have a vacuum leak, my car has no power, surges at idle, running really rich, computer is automatically timing itself probably cause of the vacuum leaks.

My question is what vacuum lines are only thenecessary ones? I want it to look as clean as possible, less is best.

I would like to get rid of all of the egr stuff, I know I have blocked off the egr tube in back of intake, and plugged line to the exhaust. I also would like to get an egr spacer and get rid of all the egr to the intake, but what size should I get with a stock intake, I know I would have to get an egr simulator. If someone could help point me in the right direction, it wouldbe greatly appreciated.

the bare minimum vacuum lines you could have would be the brake booster, pcv system, and hvac vacuum, if you wanted it.
of course this is assuming you eliminating the egr setup completely.

Is there somewhere I can find a diagram to hook up just those necessary lines, and I have a/c if that matters?

if you have a vac leak, you are NOT running rich, your surging at idle is because of the vac leak, your lack of power is because your lean, and your computer is automatically adjusting timing because thats its friggin job.

Can I just hook up just the brake booster, pcv system, hvac system, and block off or remove everything else? What about all the othersensors to the white and blackmodule lookingthings on thefender well etc.? am I making sense? let me know ifconfused? I want toget rid of anything that isn't necessary to clean up the engine compartment and get rid of all of the emissions bullcrap and such. Will this allow the motor to run efficiently?
