hah good to know, im not useless around cars ive rebuilt a few motors and done way to much bodywork on my last two cars but ive never touched a rear end so i didnt know what to expect

Before you start, make sure you can get your fill plug out of the differential housing, if not all that will be for nothing. And if you are leaving two treadmarks, dont bother rebuilding
1.Youll need a torque wrench, 1/2 drive, just for the cap bolts that holds the diff inside the housing(4), well I also torque my lug nuts too lol.
2.Devote 3 hours, and be prepared, you may need new rear brakes and drums turned, find scorned axle bearings that need replaced, but all optional.
3. Soak the new clutches in axle oil and never spray brake cleaner on the new clutches, they are adheared by glue and brake cleaner attacks that glue.
4. Clean, white towel, noting each spacer location, one left, one right side.
