you have to hook it up to a machine that lets the tranny pump the fluid out and replaces it with new fluid.

I jacked the car up today and it looks like it is leaking where the engine connects to the transmission!
Could that be from jackin the engine up when i put my headers on?
How would i go about fixing this? Should i just give in a take it to a shop?

pull the tranny... and take off the torque converter. and then get a tool to pull the seal off and then put a new one on and then put the converter back on and put tranny back in the car. But while your in there and since you got the tranny down and converter off take off the flywheel and replace the rear main seal on the engine and drain the converter and fill it back up with new fluid.
