89 LX 5.0; I have a line on buying a bare OEM 70mm MAF from a 93 Cobra. Can just add my stock MAF sensor and would it then be considered calibrated for my stock 19# injectors?

Also , will my stock intake tube fit over this 70mm MAF?

Yes it will fit over the stock intake tube. But now I dont think you can just switch the sensors. Go out and buy the C&L mass air meter. The one I got is 76 mm and tell them you want it calibrated for 19 lb injectors. The sensor is not what calibrates it. Its the tube that picks up the air to measure.

No you need the cobra computer and 24lb injectors. If you want to be real smart find a guy like me with a 94 or a 95 who upgraded and get his cheap. They are 70mm stock maf for 19lbers, but i already sold mine.
