Default Piston Clearance

Ok heres the deal. Will Speed Pro Flat top forged pistons P/N TRW-L2482F30 clear 2.02 valves. I have a set of windsor sr heads and i know some people who have ran 1.94 holley heads (systemaxkit)with 1.7 rockers with no problems phase two of my need is if the vlve does clear circumfrence does anyone know approx what lift those will clear with stock stroke. The chambers are still 64cc as far as i know.

Thanks for the help.

yes, pretty much any forged aftermarket piston will work with 2.02's providing you dont have some super radical crazy *** cam

lift does not determine PTV clearance issues...

duration, and cam event timing are what cause it

+1
Just do the clay check thing and rest easy.
As long as cam is under 260 or so @.050 I think you'll be fine.
Look for about .100 minimum clearance on both valves.
I know that there have been engines built with as little .040 on both valves but thats NOT the way to do it right.......

Deck clearance and head gasket compressed thickness will play into it as well
