Car Vibration

RE: Car Vibration
ORIGINAL: irishdo30
Recently, i installed 4.10 gears in my 89 GT. Before this, my car would shake eradically, heard mostly from a shaky tranny and i could feel it in the seat but not in the steering wheel. This was at 90mph and didn't bother worrying about it because i rarely go 90. Now with the new gears, the vibration is just as bad at 60 now. Tires were replaced, balanced and i am lost to what else it could be. I was told the U-joints are still in good shape.

2. Transmission Mount to transmission(1)
3.Engine Mounts (2)
4.(U-Joint), with the mileage you have, replace it as Maintenace. Id get an aluminum driveshaft.
