yea its a bitch, im going to bench test both alts tomorrow if i have time, then go over and recheck the little bit of wiring that there is involved, lol.... thanks for your help tho dude, atleast now i know i was on the right track


i absolutly hate electrical diag work.... lol n e thing else is ok, but diaging electrical **** blows

Adam, if it turns out it's the alt, get a 3g from a salvage yard and do the conversion. It's worth it even if you don't have a need for the upgrade right now.
