86 5.0 gt brake problem
i have a 86 mustang 5.0L h.o hatchback 5speed the vacuum source tip on the vacuum tree broke off (it was like that when i bought it)i need to know if thats why my brakes have to be put to the floor to stop while also downshifting so i have no brake power what are some causes to that

your brake booster operates on that vacuum line, so without it you are running manuel brakes
and if you cant stop the car by putting the pedal to the floor you have another problem
