here are the symptoms... recently i've been having some rpm bouncing on my tachs (my dash and my autometer gage) then last night i felt some power serges where i lost poweruntil it just died on the highway. my battery power didn't go down, my belt didn't go, and my tempreture was fine. i changed my ignition relay, and then changed my ignition coil. still no progress. i can't tell if it isn't getting gas or if it isn't getting spark. where should i go from here or does anyone have any ideas. i'm thinking about getting the distributor module checked or maybe the distributor itself. i have a crate 331 with msd ignition parts, i think 24 # with a 190lph pump. thats all i can think of now... any help would be great!

What do you have for a distributor?Could be several things...Bad pickup coil in the distrib?..I had a crank trigger setup act the same way...wires to the mag pickup where rubbed through and touchingmetal..Doesnt feel like a single cylinder miss does it?

The stator sensor has a good probability......check this experience
