i dont know where the spare tire on a 95 is but it could be that it might be loose, also what dose it sound like is it a deep thud or dose it sound like metal to metal.

is it a hatch? I have a 93 hatch. when the road is bumpy and the radio is off, It sounds like I'm being followed by a pack of mice. Drives me crazy!!!! Anyone have anytips for that?? check your spare tire? look around.. maybe your exhaust?
