Default how could i keep this legal ?

My question is will i be able to get a large enough cam to feed the set up i plan to run eventually while keeping the car able to pass emmissions ! ? any help would b greatly apreciated !

over the winter i'm looking at getting a H/C/I setup and possibly a 347 stroker kit. In the future i will be getting a stroker kit for sure if not this winter so i am looking at AFR 185's for heads. with maybe a Vic JrINTAKE or Holley and then when it comes because ito Cams i'm lost m guessing i would need a big one especially if i was to supercharge the whole set up (later on when i can afford a dart block) also do you think the Vic Jr HEADS might be a better option for the stroker / blower motor in the future

also imall ready awarei'll need my pistons notched for the valve clearance with the larger valves at least so i've heard

I dont know about where you live but here in ny for older cars you need to pass the sniffer test. So no smog you fail. No cats you fail. No EGR you fail. Plus you got to figure that more cubic inchs a motor has more fuel and air = more exhaust you car cant be over the limit. So like I said idk how it is in your state but here in NY its tuff. Unless you have a way of getting it to pass or getting stickers.

only thing you need to do is make sure the vehicle is efficient. you can have a 900hp car that will pass the stock emissions test as long as its efficient.
