Default Wheel size on a fox body

I was really interested in these rims but I am not too sure about the size since the stock rims on my car right now are 15 inch, so upgrading to 17 inch may be too big. Can anyone give me some more info if these rims will fit and also how much could I lower my car if I were to put these on. Thanks

17" wheels definately fit on fox bodies.
Youll just need to get a lower profile tire to keep the tire and wheel total height the same as stock.

The 9" on the front may give you some rubbing issues.

i thought that a 9 inch wide rim would rub? I have 17x8's on my car with 245/45r17 tire on it with about a little over a1 inch drop and i dont get any tire rub at all and they fill the wheel wells nicely

I got those on my 88. 245/45/17s front and back. The fronts rub when the wheels are turned all the way but it's not bad. Also my car's lowered about 1.5 in.
