balancer weights
I know that a 50 ounce balancer comes standard on 81 and up 5.0's but i have done some research and some engine builders use the 28 ounce balancer and some are internally balanced. i have a significant vibration in my car which i suspect is my harmonic balancer and i need to make sure i get the right one. were do i start to find out which one i have or is one standard? and which one can i get but not spend a fortune. this is just a 285 hp at the wheels street car that i need to get the vibration out of. the motor has about 4000 miles on it and i bought the car with the motor in it so i dont have much info on it. thanks for the help.
