i just bought an 84 mustang and i hate the nose of the 84 stang
ive always like later year noses so i was wondering is there a way i can change the nose

well sell the 84 and get a later stang. there is a way to change the nose, but I dont wanna see another 4 eye die.... they are rare

I have an '85 and I like the 4 eye thing.
I'm told that it's possible to go as late as '90 but you'll need ALL the front parts and unless you are really lucky at the wrecking yard it a pretty expensive deal.

The fenders are the same from '79-'90.

Yeah the swap isn't that involved. You'll need a front bumper cover off of a late model with the headlight header panel, and the hood. The fenders are the same. But if you go to a late model GT bumper you'll also need the lower fender extensions too, and maybe some support brakets.
I love my 4-eyed '85 GT. But I'm going to install late model GT ground effects all the rest of the way around. But I plan on putting on a saleen front lower spoiler.
But if you absolutley hate the 4-eyes. PM me. I'm in the search of a good 4-eyed bumper for the right price.
No offense to the late model guys... but I don't eant people to mistake my stang for myescort.

If you put any 85 - 93 nose on you will need the fender extensions, 85/86 are different than 87-90/91-93 LX or GT.
