Default RE: block question

use a hammer and a punch, hit it at the side so the oposite side will come out, use pliers to pull it out, take your time it sucks fishing for them, and when putting in use some type of rtv, hammer in evenly till it is flush. also make sure hole is clean and free of burrs.
