I would tell your Dad to check and see if your state has a victims assistant program before he turned it into insurance. In Texas, victims assistance would reimburse you all your expenses to get the car backtothe condition it was in prior to being stolen. Then they would fine the crap stain that damaged it in court. The judge will add on that additional money in court fines and fees.

Nevermind.... I just checked and Florida does not have a victims assistance program.
