Hunt around for a set of GT-40P heads off a V8 Explorer ....... $200-$300

whoop all over that WS6 with "junkyard" parts
You will gain little to no power with TB upgrade, and might pick-up at most 2-3hp with MAF upgrade
SN95's came with decent TB and MAF's stock.
You can also pick up 4-5hp from switching to a Foxbody style TB
